I’m an Ambassador!

When I left the traditional classroom in 2017, one thing I knew I was going to miss was the chance to learn from other teachers. Thus, began my search for teachers with an online presence. I didn’t just want to find teachers with Pinterest-worthy classroom decor. I wanted to find teachers that could teach me solid pedagogy as well as inspire me to make my lessons effective and creative. In my search, I discovered a literacy specialist offering free webinars to support literacy instruction in the classroom. I was instantly hooked and have been following Learning at the Primary Pond ever since.

Alison Ryan is the founder of Learning at the Primary Pond. She is a literacy specialist that focuses on literacy in grades K-2. In addition to her TpT story (that you can find here), she also has a YouTube channel. Her weekly blog is chocked full of great ideas that can be easily implemented in the classroom. After following her for the last four and a half years, I’m proud to be an ambassador* for Learning at the Primary Pond!

My goal in sharing all of this information about Learning at the Primary Pond is to guide teachers and families to professionals I trust and continue to learn from. So, from time to time, I will share some of the ideas I learn from Alison. I hope that you will all continue to follow me on this journey.

Until next time… Happy teaching!

*As an ambassador, I will be eligible to receive materials and professional development before they are available to the general public. No one is under any obligation to follow me or Learning at the Primary Pond, but your support is always welcome and appreciated.
